Then every once in a while, when working a case, it seems as if you get a lucky break... A routine investigation seems to be going nowhere, then out of the blue, a fluke, a stray chance, a paid informer, turns up evidence that breaks the whole case wide open - throws the whole investigation into high gear..!

Journeying north, we soon came across copious evidence of a government’s grossest sort of cruelty towards its civilian population... The locals told tales of military raids upon their villages - burnings, - pillages, many villagers showed evidence of missing limbs and other grievous wounds inflicted upon them by government troops...

Unfortunately, after rechecking our map and compass coordinates, we realized that we’d wandered over the border into Turkey, our staunch and democratic ally...
